Personal Training – 4 sessions ($100)

Personal training allows you to set fitness goals and then to get a custom workout plan designed by the trainer specifically to meet your goals. In a personal training session, the trainer works with you individually for 1 hour. You can choose to meet 1 – 3 times per week for personal training sessions.

Personal training can be extended for as long as you choose. Over time you would evaluate/change your fitness goals and the trainer would alter your workout plans in order to meet your new goals. *

Duo Training – 4 sessions ($80 per person)

We also offer duo training. This is similar to personal training as the trainer helps both people set goals and designs workouts to help both meet their goals. The main difference is that you would be working out with a friend! Duos can choose to meet 1 – 3 times per week for duo training sessions.

Duo training can be extended for as long as you choose. Over time you would evaluate/change your fitness goals and the trainer would alter your workout plans in order to meet your new goals.*

4 sessions are required initially in order to set goals and develop a workout plan. After the first 4 sessions, you can pay per session ($25 individual, $20 duo).
