Here are our current programs:

 Group Fit                                                    $45/10 sessions or $5 per session

This is a total body workout, designed for people at all fitness levels. Members of this class can expect a medium to high intensity workout including both cardio and strength training that will build throughout the class. We encourage beginners and advanced to join as we provide 3 variations of most exercises to accommodate all fitness levels. This program is a great way to start off your workout program or add a little variety to your current fitness plan. Group workouts are all 60 minutes.*   Tues and Thurs at 7:00 pm at West Wetlands Park.  AM – Tues and Thurs at 5:00 am at Smucker Park (south end of parking lot nearest Kofa entrance).  Saturdays at 6:30 am at Winsor Rotary Park (Please call or check Facebook for updates).

Run Fit                                                          Call for Availability

Run Fit is for people who have already been running from 1-3 miles. Run Fit will help runners increase their speed and/or endurance. The goal of Run Fit will be to run a 4.2 mile race or a 10K.* We also encourage run-walk intervals for those who want the cardiovascular benefits of running without the race goal.

Boot Camp                                                           Call for Availability

This 4-week program is designed to torch serious calories with 90-minute workouts. Sessions will include extensive cardio, strength training, and flexibility. This program is for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. We will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 pm at West Wetlands Park. Members can also add a 1 hour Saturday Group-Fit session for no extra cost! *

Walk to Run                                                    Call for Availability

Walk to Run is designed for people who have never run before or have not done so for a long time. You will begin slowly, running only short distances with walking. Then, throughout the program, your walking time will decrease and your running time will increase. The ultimate goal of this program is to run a 5K. *
